Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport

The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport is the Western Australian Government department responsible for the State's creative industries, tourism and sport portfolios. Its work spans the screen, arts and cultural sectors as well as visitor economy and sporting programs, which gives it a broad view of how creative activity connects to jobs, events and regional growth.

As a Launch Supporter of the West Australian Indian Film Council (WAIFC), the department helps anchor the Council's role as a connector between Western Australia's screen sector and its counterparts in India.
